RT2517B

RT2517B是一款高性能的正电压调节器，适用于需要超低输入电压和在1A 输出电流下的超低压差的应用。超低压差的特性使它非常适合输出电压非常接近输入电压的应用。它的最低输入电压可至2.2V，且输出电压是透过外部电阻分压器来设定。
RT2517B可以在输入电源，负载和温度的变化中，提供绝佳的输出电压调节；也提供电流限制和过温保护功能。此外，启用接脚使它在电源关闭时，能进一步降低功耗，电源关闭电流 (Shutdown Current) 可低至1.5μA。
RT2517B以SOP-8 (散热焊盘) 封装供货。
